Meditation (45 min session OR 6 mini sessions 15 min. each/ 90 min total)
Find calmness and clarity through guided, mindful meditation using breathing, visualization, body scan and noting techniques. Quiet a busy or distracted mind and become more responsive and less reactive to your environment in order to better manage stress and problem solve. No change of clothes required.
Yoga (45 min session)
Private group yoga class open to all levels. Choose from a calming yoga practice to help relieve stress and tension or a more rigorous flow to strengthen and empower your employees with the option to incorporate light meditation. Sessions can be held in any open space/meeting room/boardroom with or without mats.
Chair Yoga (6 mini sessions 15 min. each/ 90 min total)
Discover how a little can go a long way with 15 minute chair yoga sequences that relieve neck, shoulder, and back pain and help calm the body and the mind. With a new session beginning every 15 minutes, participants can join in when they are available with little time commitment, and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed for the rest of their day. No change of clothes required.
Pilates Mat (45 min session)
Private group Pilates mat class open to all levels. Lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body to improve energy, posture, and reduce pain that stems from weak or tight supporting muscles as a result of sitting or standing too long. Sessions can be held in any open space/meeting room/boardroom with or without mats.
*We recommend signing up for a 6 week starter program 1x/week to fully begin experiencing the benefits of the practice, though one time sessions/events can be arranged as well.
